The Edge hosts a growing number of activities for adults and children
with learning disabilities. Expressive Edge Theatre Company for adults
was established three years ago and continues to thrive. Aspire for
children with Down's Syndrome is more recent and offers after school
drama sessions for 8-12 year olds. Most recently the cafe at The Edge
is offering placements for adults with learning disabilities to learn
skills neede to work in the cafe, for instance: working safely, food
hygiene, serving customers.
